Responsibilities:
The HR Technology Leader is responsible for overseeing and setting the strategy for Westfield's suite of HR Technology.
This role will partner with key stakeholders to design, deploy, streamline, and maintain processes, programs, and policies to support a scalable and progressive HR team.
Serves as a liaison between HR leadership and technical leadership.
Responsible for system integrity and system compliance with corporate policy, U.
S.
federal, and international government regulation.
Leads the HR Technology Team.
Qualifications:

years of direct experience with Oracle Fusion Human Resources applications including Human Capital Management System, Applicant Tracking System, and Learning Management System.
Prior implementation experience highly desired.
8
years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems or related field.
This includes experience influencing senior leadership and critical stakeholders.
3
years of successful, progressively responsible leadership experience.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Experience leading transformational change within HR Technology, managing stakeholders, achieving buy-in among disparate audiences, and delivering results in a variety of settings.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to work effectively in an office, hybrid, or remote environment for 40
hours per week (including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time).
Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as:
telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, e-mail, etc.
Ability to travel as required.
