Sr. Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities - Administers enterprise-wide salary and incentive compensation programs for exempt, non-exempt and executive level positions. Collaborates with the Compensation Leader, Total Rewards Leader, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to administer pay practices that support Westfield's compensation philosophy. Supports the design and leads implementation of compensation strategy. Serves as subject matter expert (project lead, advisor or team member) on compensation projects, such as compliance reporting, audit requests (internal and external), organizational design, salary policies and procedure documentation. Provides research, analysis, recommendations and implementation plans. Analyzes and evaluates job duties and responsibilities, applying the principles of market pricing to determine and recommend the appropriate market value for the most complex (non-benchmark and high level) job evaluations, while assuring internal equity of positions. Provides training and instruction to Leaders, through collaboration with the HR Business Partners, in the application of compensation programs and guideline interpretation, including job evaluation and job description processes. Assists in planning, facilitation, administration and reporting of pay programs (e.g. merit increase, market adjustment). Coordinates with HR Talent Network of Expertise and HR Business Partners to maintain integration with the performance management process. Qualifications - Required:
5
years of corporate compensation experience. Previous experience designing and implementing compensation programs. 3
years of corporate experience working with PeopleSoft or similar HRMS/HRIS. Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel. Mathematical, accounting and financial aptitude gained through previous projects and work experiences. Preferred:
Advanced knowledge and experience using Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience conducting research, analyzing information and data, problem solving and presenting findings in a concise format. Physical Requirements - Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40 hours per week (including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time). Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as:
telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, email, etc. Ability to travel as required. Westfield cares about relationships. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
