Corporate Curriculum Manager Job Summary The Corporate Curriculum Manager is responsible for the strategy and end-to-end design, development, implementation and measurement of the early career, professional skills, compliance, and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) curricula. Partners with the Talent Leader, Learning Leader, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to ensure strategic linkage between business needs and learning solutions within assigned curricula. Utilizes knowledge of adult learning methodologies and modalities to create curriculum maps and learning recommendations and solutions. Leverages networks, memberships, and professional associations to understand prevailing learning trends in the marketplace and integrates these into corporate learning solutions. Partners with key stakeholders to analyze learning solution effectiveness and adoption; identifies performance, trends, and opportunities. Gathers feedback regarding opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Essential Functions (primary functions and/or reasons the job exists in order of importance) Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of corporate learning solutions that support the end-to-end design, development, implementation and measurement of the early career, professional skills, compliance, and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) curricula. Partners with the Talent Leader, Learning Leader, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and key stakeholders to ensure strategic linkage between business needs and learning solutions within assigned curricula. Utilizes knowledge of adult learning methodologies and modalities to create curriculum maps and learning recommendations and solutions. Provides input and serves as a key decision-maker regarding assigned curricula. Leverages networks, memberships, and professional associations to understand prevailing learning trends in the marketplace and integrates these into corporate learning solutions. Collaborates with and coaches the Learning Community of Practice members and vendor partners to enable solutions that drive flexibility, speed and learning innovation; partners with the Change Management Leader to create plans that drive adoption of new learning approaches. Owns the curriculum design, development, implementation, and measurement of assigned curricula including Diversity and Inclusion, early career, professional skills, and compliance training. Aligns learning and development solutions to Westfield talent principles and career stages; drives a continuous learning and growth mindset that builds organizational capability to support current and future skill needs. Ensures experiential learning is leveraged to accelerate development. Partners with key stakeholders to analyze learning solution effectiveness and adoption; identifies performance, trends, and opportunities. Gathers feedback regarding opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Integrates Westfield's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and associated messaging in all relevant learning solutions and experiences to reinforce the organization's commitment to personal growth and development, ensuring a positive employee experience that reflects Westfield values and culture. In collaboration with the procurement office, supports contract negotiations for Learning and Development solutions within assigned curricula, and establishes performance expectations for strategic vendor partners. Meets with vendors quarterly to review key relationship metrics, performance SLAs and overall return on investment. Ensures alignment of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Change Management practices and solutions and identifies opportunities for integration and connectivity across the talent lifecycle. May be required to facilitate adult learning. Assists in the development of the Talent NOE annual budget, reviews monthly budget vs. actual progress, and proactively alerts leader of discrepancies and issues as they arise ensuring costs are in line with plans and forecasts. Travels occasionally in order to deliver or participate in training, special assignments, and/or travel between office locations. Desired Qualifications/Experience/Certification/Education (in order of importance) Eight (8+) years of experience in one or more of the following:
curriculum management, instructional design/development, learning needs analysis, corporate training/learning function management. Five (5+) years of experience in a support function with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results. Experience leading a team, project and or business unit initiative. Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning modalities, and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred). Proven ability to positively influence and motivate others in the adoption and implementation of change management regarding learning. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively Vendor management experience. Strong organizational and time management skills gained through previous work experience. Industry designation(s) and/or certification(s) from recognized professional training organizations. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience. Professional HR certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) and/or training certification(s) preferred. Valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards. hours per week (including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time). o Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as:

$150K -- $200K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
