Commercial Lines Product Manager Job Summary The Commercial Lines Product Manager will have both country-wide Profit and Loss (P/L) accountability for a specific small business product line(s) as well as geographic P/L accountability for all small business product lines across assigned states. This position will report to the Head of Product Management and work in close partnership with other functional areas to establish and drive product strategy across the organization. Desired Qualifications/Experience/Certification/Education (in order of importance) 7
years of P/C industry experience. 5
years of P/C product management and/or actuarial experience. Strong analytical skills to make timely, appropriate decisions and recommendations after reviewing all relevant information. Proven problem-solving capability and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team (at all levels of the organization) to achieve desired results. Creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems. Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to plan and execute independently. Experience working across multiple distribution channels. Experience working within an Agile environment. Bachelor's degree OR commensurate experience. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record that conforms to company. Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40
hours per week (including sitting, standing and working on a computer for extended periods of time). Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as:

$80K -- $100K
